Lake Arrowhead is a private lake that offers local residents exclusive access lake rights to use the lake and beaches as well as operate their boats and water-ski. Private citizens who do not own homes within the lake rights area are not allowed to have their own boat on the lake.
- Heated outdoor pool heated 78 - 84 degrees (to conserve energy, heated only to 70 degrees from November - April). PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL AT LAKE ARROWHEAD RESORT & SPA WILL BE UNDERGOING MAINTENANCE AND WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS FROM MAY 28TH THROUGH JUNE 21ST, 2013. OUR PRIVATE BEACH WILL STILL BE OPEN AT THIS TIME FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Private Boat Tour: Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa and the Village have exclusive access lake rights allowing the resort to operate its own private boat. This affords our guests the wonderful opportunity to experience the lake as so many of the local residents. A new boating schedule will be posted soon for daily sunset cruises, daily fishing charter and other private charters.
Fireside Chat: Friday and Saturday at 7:00 PM. Weather permitting, we either have a campfire on the beach or have our chat by the Grand Fireplace in the lobby. A campfire for all Resort Guests that takes place on our beautiful beach, we chat about the local population from 1890 to present day. The chat takes 45 minutes to an hour. We also discuss the various trees, and animals that we have in the area with some personal anecdotes regarding animal encounters. The cost is free for all Resort Guests. Smores: Friday and Saturday Evenings at 6:30 PM, beginning 6/28/13 Smores will be offered daily. Creating memories making Smores at our fire pit on our beach; roasting marshmallows over an open flame while making new friends, hearing new stories and sharing tales of the past. Nature Walk: Sunday Mornings at 9:00 AM, weather permitting. Enjoy a 45 minute to hour guided walk along the picturesque Arrowhead Lake Association Trail. We discuss the history of Lake Arrowhead and the Village from the founding to present day, as well as and the importance of the San Bernardino National Forest. We also look for wildlife in the area that we may see along the trail. The cost is free for all participating Resort Guests. Lake Arrowhead Scouts: Available June 15th to September 2nd 2013. This is a kid’s only program for young Resort Guests between the ages of 5 to 12. This is an interactive program where we have four goals: to keep the children safe and happy, to teach them something new, to create something to bring home, and to create a long lasting memory for the children. We offer two sessions per day: 10 AM to 2 PM and 5 PM to 9 PM. Each child booked is $65 dollars which includes lunch, or dinner and four hours of quality child care. Our programs range from Manic Monday for a day of silliness and fun, to Sunny Sundays for a nature exploration walk and time to run off some energy in the sun. Fishing Pole Rentals: Available every day. Try your hand fishing off the Resort Dock for trout or bass! The cost is $25 for a three hour rental with $10 for each additional pole this includes pole rental and power bait. Guests over the age of 16 must have a fishing license which can be purchased online at http://www.dfg.ca.gov/licensing/ols/ or at Leroy’s in the Lake Arrowhead Village (Lower Village). Private Lake Excursion: Available every day. Enjoy a relaxing or romantic 50 minute tour of Lake Arrowhead’s majestic scenery on our own pontoon boat. 1-5 people: $125, 6-10 people: $160.00. Fishing Charters: Available every day. Enjoy the best of both worlds; being out on the beautiful lake and catching fish in a stocked pond! What could be better? Poles and bait will be provided for every passenger on this 1 hour and 50 minute charter. Lake Arrowhead is a catch and release only lake. A California Fishing License in required and must be obtained prior to your tour.
