WHERE DO I PARK?
Overnight guests staying at the resort are able to park in our self-parking lot near the main entrance.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least four (4) days prior to your stay. All cancellations made on the 3rd day or after will be charged full room rate plus tax.
PRE-PAID NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATIONS
Penalty-free cancellations are not available on pre-paid non-refundable reservations. We will retain all prepayment in the event of a no-show.

DOES THE RESORT HAVE A RESTAURANT?
The Resort has multiple dining options including Bin 189, Aroma's Coffee Shop, and also offers To-Go Orders.

DOES THE RESORT HAVE A GYM?
Spa of the Pines Fitness Studio is complimentary to all overnight guests and features cardio and weight equipment.

DOES THE RESORT OFFER DRY CLEANING?
Dry cleaning services are currently unavailable.

CHECK-IN & BOOKING POLICIES
Check-In Policies
- Check-in time is after 4:00pm
- Check-out time is before 11:00am
- Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility for your rate (such as a membership card, corporate or government identification card, or proof of your age).
- Please provide a valid and form of identification (such as driver’s license, passport, or government issued photo I.D.)
- A valid form of payment must be provided upon check-in for all reservation types including pre-paid.
- All reservations require a $75 per night incidental hold upon check-in.

Holding Your Reservation
- We will need a credit card number to reserve your room.
Cancelling Your Reservation
- You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time four days before your arrival.
- Please note that we will assess a fee of 1 NIGHT ROOM & TAX FEE USD if you must cancel after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card.
When You Check-in
- Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility for your rate (such as a membership card, corporate or government I.D.).
Modifying Your Reservation- Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
Pre-Paid/Advanced Purchase Policies
Advance Purchase, prepay in full, non-refundable.
Holding Your Reservation
We will need a credit card prepayment to reserve your room. To ensure that you receive this special rate, we will charge your credit card a prepayment based on your room rate when making the reservation.
Cancelling Your Reservation
- Please note that your prepayment for this special rate is non-refundable

PARKING
- There are a total of 7 handicap self-parking spaces through the property
- Parking lot is paved and well lit
ENTRANCES & ELEVATORS
- The main entrance to the lobby has automatic double sliding doors
- Elevators can take guests to all levels of the hotel including meeting rooms
- The outdoor pool deck is accessible by elevator
- The pool features a handicap lift so guests with disabilities can easily enter the pool
FRONT DESK
- The Front Desk is accessible to wheelchairs and features a lowered shelf convenient for guests
